WHY SEALCOAT?
Asphalt driveways and parking lots are a large investment. Sealcoating protects that investment, and it enhances the look of your driveway and home or business. We use a custom mix coal tar sealer with a polymer additive, and a predetermined amount of Black Beauty Silica Sand. This custom mix of sealer protects your driveway from sun damage, ice, and oil leaks. Sealcoating prevents the asphalt from "drying out" and clumping which is the natural process of asphalt if left untreated. We can save you from the large expense of re-paving your driveway by sealcoating every 3-4 years for a fraction of the cost.

1.Cut back grass edges
2.Power blow and clean the driveway dirt and debris
3.Fill all major cracks with a rubberized crack filler
4.Treat all oil, gas, and grease spots with a petroleum sealant
5.Apply one coat of custom mix coal tar sand mix sealer by brush application
6.Block off driveway with string and our name proudly displaying at the end of the driveway
7.Jetblack recommends that vehicles and people stay off the driveway for 48 hours.
