Hand-Applying Long-Lasting Sealer
At Jetblack Driveway Service, all our sealer is brush applied. This process gives you the most protection for your asphalt surface per application.
First, we'll perform our routine prep then apply the sealer itself. We'll flood the driveway with our custom mix sealer, work the sealer into the driveway by brushing it in multiple directions, and finish by brushing in up and down directions. The result is a beautiful black, matte finish!
Our Step-by-Step Process
- Cut back all grass edges around the asphalt.
- Power blow and clean all dirt and debris on the driveway.
- Fill all major cracks with our rubberized crack filler.
- Treat all oil, gas and/or grease spots with a petroleum sealant.
- Apply one coat of a custom mix of coal, tar and sand mix sealer via brush application.
- Block off the driveway with flagging tap displayed at the end of the driveway.
