Our commercial parking lot process is the same for parking lots as it is for residential driveways. (The exception is for lots of over 300,000 sq. ft., where we will apply the sealer by spraying two coats.)

Hot Asphalt Patchwork
For all types of hot asphalt patchwork projects, turn to Jetblack Driveway Service. We'll cut and remove your sunken or broken asphalt, fill it with modified stone as necessary and replace it with hot asphalt. This asphalt is then compacted to grade. Finally, we'll bind the new asphalt to the old asphalt using tar.

Parking Lot Line Striping
Improve the flow of traffic in your parking lot and reduce any potential confusion with new line striping. At Jetblack Driveway Service, we generally use white, yellow and blue paint for our lines and stencils.
You can choose from a wide range of size options, stencils, lettering and numbering to suit your needs. Count on our experienced crew to re-stripe any existing lines in your parking lot.
